We had an opportunity to do a branding session at Envision More Veterinary Ophthalmology. Dr. Griggs is a veterinary ophthalmologist based in Cypress, Texas. She and her team are dedicated to providing high-quality eye care for pets. Dr. Griggs has built a reputation for her expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients. Moreover, as a business owner, she understands the importance of branding and marketing to attract new clients and grow her practice.
That's where Enjoy the Moment Portraits, LLC comes in. Our professional branding photography service creates high-quality business branding images. During the consultation, Dr. Griggs sought to showcase her practice and connect with potential clients and the community. She was also looking for individual headshots to use on her website. We discussed the whole process during the consultation beforehand. So that it gets easy and smooth during the shooting day, she blocked out the entire day for us. At the beginning of the day, our hair and makeup artist started to prep our client. In the meantime, we took a few outside photographs of the main buildings, got drone footage, and took many shots inside the primary office.
The branding photographs we created featured the office environment, which is friendly and warm, and highlighted the state-of-the-art equipment and technology that Envision More uses to provide top-notch care. The office headshots were pleasant and straightforward. The rest of the images were vibrant, engaging, and visually compelling, capturing the essence of her practice. Almost everyone on the team had their best friends with them, and I sure had fun taking the headshots with their pets.
But the impact of these branding photographs didn't stop there. Envision More can use the images in various marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and advertisements. Moreover, one of the most important uses of the images was in the Community Impact Newspaper. The newspaper is a popular source of news and information in Cypress and the surrounding areas, and it reaches a broad audience of potential clients. The community impact newspaper featured an article about Dr. Griggs and her practice, and the branding photographs created by Enjoy the Moment Portraits, LLC. The photographs helped to make the article visually engaging and memorable, and they helped to draw attention to Dr. Griggs' expertise and dedication to her service. We have put together a video for Envision More Veterinary Ophthalmologist.
We at Enjoy the Moment Portraits, LLC demonstrate the value of high-quality branding images for businesses, highlighting the importance of investing in marketing and branding to grow a successful practice. We can create images for you that are visually compelling, engaging, and memorable, and they can be valuable tools in a business's marketing efforts.
As we enter the new quarter, it's time to start thinking about how to level up in various aspects of our lives. Whether in our careers, personal relationships, or hobbies, there's always room for growth and improvement. Updating your headshots is one way to take your brand to the next level.
Headshots are an essential component of your personal brand. They are the first thing potential employers, clients, or collaborators will see, and they play a significant role in shaping people's perceptions of you. A high-quality headshot can help you stand out from the crowd and showcase your professionalism and confidence. So, if you last updated your headshot a while ago, now is the perfect time to do so.
Here are a few reasons why you should consider updating your headshots in 2023:
Stay current: Headshot styles and trends can change quickly, and what was in fashion a few years ago may not be relevant anymore. By updating your headshots, you can ensure that your photos are up-to-date and in line with current trends.
Show your growth: If you've made significant progress in your career or personal life, it's essential to showcase that growth in your headshots. Your new photos can highlight your accomplishments and demonstrate how far you've come since your last headshots/photographs, whether on the website or social media profile.
Improve your brand: Your headshots are a crucial part of your brand, and they can significantly impact how others perceive you. A professional, high-quality headshot can help you effectively convey your brand message and attract the right opportunities.
So, how can you level up your headshots in 2023? Here are a few tips to get you started:
Hire a professional photographer: While smartphone cameras have come a long way, nothing beats a professional photo session. A professional photographer will have the equipment and expertise to capture high-quality photos that showcase your best features.
Choose a location that reflects your brand: The location of your photo session can significantly impact the final result. Choose a location that reflects your brand and personality. For example, a colorful and vibrant background might be appropriate if you work in a creative field. On the other hand, if you work in a more formal industry, a more neutral backdrop might be a better choice.
Dress to impress: Your outfit can make a big difference in your photos. Choose clothing that fits well and reflects your brand. Avoid patterns or colors that are too distracting, and opt for something timeless and classic.
Updating your headshots can be a simple but effective way to level up in 2023. By choosing a professional photographer, selecting the right location, and dressing to impress, you can create a set of headshots that will help you stand out from the crowd and showcase your brand in the best possible light.
Did you know that having a professional headshot can make a HUGE impact on your brand's image?
I recently had the pleasure of working with Damon Paull, a wealth management advisor who needed an updated headshot for his work. From the moment we met, I could tell that Damon would be a great client. He was friendly and professional and had a clear vision of what he wanted to achieve with his headshot.
Our priority was ensuring that Damon was ready and comfortable in front of the camera and with the lighting system. We took the time to discuss the styling and backdrop options beforehand during the consultation. Once we had everything in place, our makeup artist got to work on taking care of Damon's skin prep for the session. She did a fabulous job, and Damon looked great on camera. After that, I walked him through the setup and adjusted everything to his liking.
We had various poses and angles to choose from and many favorites. As we began the photoshoot, I was impressed with Damon's ability to take direction and nail every pose. It was clear that he had done his homework and had a good understanding of how he wanted to present himself in his headshot.
Overall, it was a great pleasure working with Damon Paull. He was a true professional and made our job easy. We captured some fantastic shots, and I doubt that his updated headshot will serve him well in his work as a financial advisor. I wish him all the best and look forward to working with him again.

This is one of the best times to capture new photos of your family, but it is often easier said than done.
Not everyone loves to be in front of the camera, kids just want to play, and more often than not, someone in the group has very high expectations. These factors can all make family photo time a less than pleasurable experience.
Here are some top tips to ensure everyone has a good time and you get the photos you are hoping for.
1. Make It Fun
When a family photo session doesn’t come across as too serious, more family members are willing to participate. Make the day about having fun and spending time together, not capturing the perfect photos. Plus, photos are easy to fit into the day if you approach it correctly. Does the family always drink cocoa around the tree? Get everyone to pose for a quick group shot before you sit down. Better yet, capture a candid shot of everyone sitting around the tree instead.
2. Respect People’s Wishes
Sometimes, people just don’t want their photo taken. It’s important to respect this if you want to maintain peace during the holiday season. If it’s your children who don’t want their photos taken, respecting their wishes will help gain their trust, making it easier to ask for photos later in the day or on another day.
3. Choose Your Location Wisely
Your family should feel comfortable during any photo session, so choose your location wisely. If you won’t be taking photos at home, choose a location that will allow everyone to stay engaged and relaxed.
4. Prep Your Family
Not everyone in your family has necessarily been involved in a shoot before, so it helps to prepare them. You will, once again, need to find that balance between keeping it light-hearted and ensuring they know what to expect. Tell them more about the activities you have planned and what they should and shouldn’t wear. Your outfits don’t need to match but they should ideally be coordinated. Knowing a bit about what to expect can help participants feel more relaxed.
5. Let Everyone Be Themselves
Your family photos should highlight everyone’s unique personalities. Remember, you are not working with models, so temper your expectations. Allowing everyone to be themselves results in genuine shots.
6. Get Them Involved
One way to get family members excited about a photo session is to get them involved in the creative process. Let them have a say in where you take photos and what you should wear. When the shoot becomes a group effort, it feels less forced.
7. Include Everyone
Nobody wants to feel left out, so you may want to plan your shoots out in advance. Taking a shot of grandma and all the grandchildren? Don’t forget to take the same shot with grandpa. It’s especially important that all children feel like they were equally included to avoid issues after the session.
The above tips can be used regardless of whether you are hiring a professional photographer or using your smartphone or DSLR to capture some photos. There are very few times in the year when most family members are in the same place, so take advantage.
Etmportraits Studio Setup for Holidays
Christmas is right around the corner. It is that time of the year when we decorate our home or office. It can be expensive to buy the necessary supplies, or something as simple as a fake Christmas tree can cost hundreds of dollars. But with A pinch of worthy goals & ideas, a dash of happiness, and a big heaping spoonful of love ... that’s right, I’m making a Christmas theme in the studio. We are hosting a mini session just for your kids this December.
It’s hard to believe that Christmas is a few months away, but it means it’s safe to start getting excited about all of the colors, festivities, and above all else, the photo opportunities. If you love taking photos of your children, you’re probably already dreaming up a few photo ideas for the holidays – we have a few to get you started.
1. What’s Christmas without cookies. If you have a little one who loves cookies, dress them up in a cute outfit or even like an elf and capture them stealing a few of the cookies you’ve left out for Santa.
2. All that glitters. If your children are slightly older, you can get some beautiful shots by simply adding a little glitter to the mix. To capture this unique shot, zoom in and get your child to blow beautiful glitter out of their hand.
3. Dress the trees. Have a lovely tree outside or live near a park? Dress your kids up, decorate a portion of the tree with brightly-colored baubles and get them to pose underneath it.
4. Elves love pillow fights. For something more playful, dress your kids up in striped pajamas to fit in with the Christmas theme, add some bunting to the room and get them to have a playful pillow fight while you capture the action.
5. Santa’s sleepy helper. If your child is still little, you can capture so many cute shots of them while they sleep. From placing them on top of a red Santa sack stuffed with pillows to capturing them fast asleep on a children’s Christmas book, there are lots of ways to get some sweet, sleepy shots.
6. The baker. Of the many things that are great about Christmas, food is one of them, so why not take your camera into the kitchen and capture your children baking in their Christmas hats.
7. The reindeer and his friend. If your pets are a big part of your life, get your children and your pets to wear a pair of reindeer antlers and capture a few fun, giggly shots.
Christmas is such a fun, colorful time of the year that it’s almost impossible to run out of inspiration for your photo and once you get going, you’ll soon think of many more ideas that you and your children will love.
The holidays, while filled with great events and memories, are also an expensive time. One of the most precious gifts is giving a family portrait instead of just a picture of your pets.
Take your family portrait this holiday season and make it more special than ever. Take the best pictures of your family to preserve those beautiful memories for years to come.
You can now order a family portrait session with us, who work side-by-side with you for a one-of-a-kind, cherished piece of artistry that will last for generations.
